Order Processing Time
The time it takes to prepare your order for shipment is separate from the transit time.

Standard Processing Time: All orders are processed, packaged, and prepared for dispatch within [1-3] business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

Special Considerations for Natural Skincare
Because our products contain high concentrations of natural and organic ingredients, they can be sensitive to extreme temperatures.

Heat Sensitivity: During warmer months April to August, we may temporarily suspend certain shipping methods or require the use of Expedited shipping to ensure heat-sensitive products (like balms, oils, or creams) arrive undamaged.

Protective Packaging: We utilize Insulated Mailers/Eco-Friendly Cold Packs/Special Void Fill when necessary to protect products from temperature fluctuations.

Delivery Advisory: To maintain product integrity, we strongly encourage customers to track their shipment and retrieve their package promptly upon delivery, rather than allowing it to sit in a mailbox or on a porch for extended periods.
Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 states within the United States, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses may require the use of a specific carrier (e.g., USPS) and may result in longer transit times.
Order Tracking and Delivery

Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Bound Batch is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it: Please first check with your neighbors or apartment office. If the package is still missing, contact the carrier immediately and then notify us at boundbatch@gmail.com so we can assist in the claim process.
